Prototype manufacturing:

We have the capability for initial prototype fabrication with a wide range of machining including CAD / CAM conversion of your designs, 3-Axis milling , surface grinding, CNC turning and Electro Discharge Machining (EDM). In addition we can provide additive manufacturing facilities using a wide range of materials via our university industrial links. We will also work with you to support the transition to volume manufacture leveraging our contacts within the larger CNC houses.

Manufacturing Process Control:

We have extensive experience and expertise in manufacturing and process optimisation. This includes an understanding of bonding materials and techniques for robust manufacture, jig and fixture design, process flow and efficiency. We can introduce the best statistical methods to optimise process times and ensure high product yield.

Product Reliability
We have specialist expertise in understanding and solving product failure and root cause analysis including material structural failure to give your products enhanced robustness. We also have well-developed analytical methods to predict product reliability and life-time performance to give your customers high confidence of a reliable product in a highly demanding market.
